Scuderia Filibusta

Ennio Zani, a former rider and mechanic, remembers in his workshop the story of the first motorcycle racing team ever in the Republic of San Marino, a little independent country located in the Italian peninsula. The story of his childhood, when he gets in touch with bikes and starts to work as a mechanic, is the previous part of a story that involves other riders and motorcycle lovers from the late 50s, like his brother Italo, Glauco Sansovini, Piergiovanni Volpinari, Glulio Manzaroli and Alfio Beccari. Through interviews, vintage photos and old videos, a lot of crazy anecdotes describe the spirit and the passion of the racing team. The protagonists explain how the first motorcycles were built (using old scrap parts), how they organized the first road races, how they built the first motocross track in San Marino, how they fought against rivals all around Italy, supported by their love for this sport but with no money at all.

Crusty Demons of Dirt

In 1994 filmmakers Jon Freeman and Dana Nicholson had been accumulating footage to showcase a behind the scenes expose of the lifestyle of an American pro motocross rider in action, 145ft plus jumps, 45ft high in the air soaring over sand dunes, mountains, houses, buses and anything else secure and steep enough to hold the weight of bike and rider. The end result was Fleshwound Films and the first video Crusty Demons of Dirt. The launch of this video was to change the face of motocross and create Freestyle Motocross (FMX). For over a decade, they took their dirtbikes around the world in search of unique locations and ultimately experienced the most ridiculous adventures. Exotic locations in nineteen countries : the ruins of Machu Picchu, packed arenas in Australia, the mysterious Easter Island, wild deserts in Africa no matter where we go, nothing is ever left the same.

Crusty 4: God Bless the Freaks

Continuing the popular series from Fleshwound Films, this highlight video shows some of the more insane things people have tried to do with motorcycles. Filled with death defying leaps from motocross events and off track leaps and hill climbs, this film moves at a frenetic pace. Several professional motocross riders, including Seth Enslow, pull off some amazing stunts and jumps. This is the fourth entry in the Crusty Demons of Dirt series.

Crash and Burn

Crash and Burn chronicles the thrilling and turbulent career of Irish racing driver Tommy Byrne, who rose from a rough, working-class background to the cusp of Formula 1 in the 1980s. Directed by Seán Ó Cualáin, the film explores Byrne's undeniable talent and rebellious personality, which set him apart on the track but also clashed with the conservative and elite world of Formula 1. Byrne’s story is filled with highs and lows, from his dominance in lower racing categories to his brief, rocky stint in Formula 1 and subsequent struggles. A documentary of legendary driver Mario Andretti's career, including the driver himself discussing his childhood and involvement in the world of racing. Having spent nearly 50 years in the sport, Andretti is still involved in racing, and this documentary shows his journey from a refugee to an icon. Drive Like Andretti was released as a half-century celebration of his 1969 Indianapolis 500 victory.

F1 2016 Official Review

Thirty four years after his father, Nico Rosberg, followed in Keke's footsteps to become Formula 1 World Champion, creating only the second father-son pairing to win the title alongside Graham and Damon Hill. It was a fight that swung back and forth between the two main protagonists. Nico kicked off the season with four consecutive wins while Lewis was slow off the mark thanks to bad starts and poor reliability.
