In 1980, Terry Fox continued his fight against bone cancer with the pursuit of a singular, motivating vision: to run across Canada. Three years after having his right leg amputated six inches above the knee after being diagnosed with osteosarcoma, Fox set out to cover more than a marathon’s distance each day until he reached the shores of Victoria, British Columbia. Anonymous at the start of his journey, Fox steadily captured the heart of a nation with his Marathon of Hope. However the 21-year old BC native's goal was not fame, but to spread awareness and raise funds for cancer research. After 143 days and two-thirds of the way across Canada, with the eyes of a country watching, Fox’s journey came to an abrupt end when newly discovered tumors took over his body

In the documentary "Rhythms of the City" we follow a group of parkour athletes over a period of a few days and through this the culture of parkour in Thessaloniki is presented, the daily routine of the trainings they do, the points or "spots" they do, various opinions and explanations through interviews and of course, crazy tricks. This project aims to bring the everyday person closer to parkour and develop a good level of familiarity between the public and this sport.

We are beyond excited to introduce “Gatecrashers”, an exhilarating short film celebrating the strong female Parkour community. This film isn’t about gender inequalities or the sexualization of women in Parkour or the experience of being a woman in male-dominated sports. This film is all about highlighting high-class Parkour athletes pushing their boundaries and the boundaries of the sport. “Gatecrashers” follows 8 female Parkour athletes as they travel through three European cities over the course of three weeks, training, exploring and having a great time. This film is for the girl in Parkour class looking for role models who send hard. It’s for the athletes needing motivation to explore their city. It’s for the practitioner looking for new ways to move, and for everyone who played with the idea of giving Parkour a try and hasn’t found the courage to do it yet. In 2016 eleven young men from Parade Gardens in Kingston, Jamaica travelled to Scotland for the first time, bringing their powerful parkour performance Run Free to the National Theatre of Scotland’s Home/Away festival. Now the story of their journey is told in a heart-warming new documentary film. Run Free: The Documentary shows the struggles and triumphs of these young men as they create a piece of theatre that impacts both them and their community, a journey that saw them travel across the world, many for the first time, from the streets of Kingston to the international stage. Run Free was developed as part of the National Theatre of Scotland’s pioneering Jump programme. Originally presented by the National Theatre of Scotland, British Council, and Manifesto Jamaica, under the creative guidance of directors Simon Sharkey, Brian Johnson, and choreographer Liane Williams.

They use parkour to steal from the rich in order to pay off medical bills for a kid injured copying their techniques.
