Nanook of the North

Although the production contains some fictional elements, it vividly shows how its resourceful subjects survive in such a harsh climate, revealing how they construct their igloo homes and find food by hunting and fishing. The film also captures the beautiful, if unforgiving, frozen landscape of the Great White North, far removed from conventional civilization.

Her aunt Marcelina tries with this lie to save her daughter Irene. After numerous family entanglements, the truth becomes clear and the couple can live together and in peace.

A silent film centering around bull fighting and general melodrama, which also serves nicely as a documentary with 'cameos' by many Spanish personalities of the time.
